How often should I wash my hair extensions?

Weekly with a sulfate free moisturizing shampoo. Curly textures can be co-washed in between shampoos.

 

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  Wig orders may take from 5-14 business days to process. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is the quality of Lavish Ladies hair extensions?

Our hair extensions are created with Raw India donor hair. To achieve the variety of textures, the hair is steam processed, leaving you with a desired texture and 100% virgin Indian Extensions. Our colored extensions also begin with Raw donor hair but have be chemically altered to achieve the desired colors.

Will this hair shed?

All hair even our natural hair sheds, however our wefts are constructed to safeguard against shedding. Cut wefts may initially cause shedding if a weft sealer is not used on the cut weft during the installation of your extensions. 

 

Can I have a wig created with hair from another company?

Yes, we offer wig creation as a separate service. Just decide what type of wig you want and send us the hair/closure and will create it for you. 

What is the return policy or exchange policy?

All sale are final.  Exchanges may be granted on items. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

 

Weft, I-Tips, Tape Extensions and Closures

Hair extensions are exchangeable within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the product. Extensions must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same new condition as it was sent. Exchanges are subject to denial at the discretion of Lavish Ladies Extensions (LLE) following inspection of the product and reason for the exchange. 

Examples:

Accepted Exchange- I ordered blonde hair and I was sent red. We will honor this exchange at no cost to the buyer if the order shows the request for blonde.

Not Accepted- I ordered Raw Virgin Indian Temple Hair and my bundles are not the same exact color or curl pattern. We will not honor this exchange because no Raw Virgin Indian Temple Hair is guaranteed to be the same bundle to bundle as is the nature of raw virgin hair, although we aim to send bundles that are the same natural color and pattern.

 

Wigs Units

We do offer repairs within the first 14 days on wig construction only. Repairs are made at the discretion of LLE.

Examples:

Accepted- I washed my wig after wearing it for the first week and the thread became loosened and is hanging. We will repair at no cost to the buyer.

Not Accepted- I don't like the hair that I picked out to create my wig. Can I get a new wig with new hair? This is not a repair but would be construction of a new wig at full cost. There is no construction issue but dislike of the weft hair picked by the buyer. The buyer may purchase new hair to have a new wig created. 

 

Organic Beauty Products are all final sale. Please review ingredients for allergies prior to purchase.

 

How do I make an Exchange/Return?

Call the customer service number listed in your package, email us or send us a message on our contact page.

 

What does lace customization mean?

Customization includes bleaching knots in the lace, tinting the lace, creating a realistic hairline and realistic part(s). It may require a phone consultation.
